There is literally something for everyone here in Braemar. Our cabins are situated within our own wee hub of businesses. In the wider village we are very lucky to have many other talented local businesses to explore. Whether you are into hiking and biking or prefer a more relaxed pace checking out the shops and eateries, we are confident you will find many things to do here.

We have our Braemar Mountain Sports outdoor shop, which sells everything you could possibly need for outdoor adventures during your stay. We even have a substantial countrywear section, which you will find hidden at the back of the shop. So whatever your style, we will have you covered.

Joined on to the shop we have The Bothy cafe, where we do breakfast, lunch and a lovely selection of home baking (make sure you try our cheese scones). With a cosy fire lit during the winter months and scenic outdoor seating for the summer.

For evening meals, our newly opened Braemar Bistro is literally on the cabins doorstep, serving a fine selection of Scottish cuisine with local produce. The ideal treat for a night off cooking your own!

Take a wander through the village of Braemar and check out some of our finest local producers. We have a butchers, a chocolate shop, gift shops and a patisserie. We also have low level walks direct from the cabins aswell as the more challenging Munros which can be accessed from Braemar and include 4 of the highest mountains in the UK.

New to the area and need a guide? We have some of the best around. We can hook you up with mountain bike guides, food and drink tours, farm tours, walking guides to keep you safe in the hills, watersports guides and wild swimming experts!

So head to our booking page and get the perfect Braemar retreat booked. We look forward to welcoming you!
